Bengaluru FC hosted the Indian Blind Football Federation( IBFF) for a blind football demo session as a part of the AFC Grassroots day event - the first such event in the city. The friendly game saw the KWAB Bengaluru team take on the visiting SRVC Kerala Blind Football team at the Bengaluru Football stadium, with the visiting Kerala team emerging winners 4-0, with India international C S Falhan scoring all 4 goals . Both these teams participated at the recently concluded All India National blind football tournament at Kochi from 2nd - 6th May'17. The game was officiated by Sunil J Mathew, Sporting Director IBFF and national coach. This event provided a good chance for new players and teams witness the game first hand and understand better how to start playing the game.
