5th IBFF National Blind Football Tournament, Guwahati 27th - 30th March'20

The Indian Blind Football Federation, is organising the Fifth Edition of the IBFF National Blind Football Tournament from 27th- 30th March 2020 at the Mont Fort School Grounds, Guwahati which is developed as a new centre for Blind Football with side boards etc . This time, we are expecting 20 teams to participate with IBSA approved referees and officials conducting the games. The max no of participants can be 10 members which includes 7 B1 players, 1 Goalkeeper, 1 Guide and 1 Coach. We will also need the Medical Diagnostics forms (enclosed) to confirm the B1 players classification which will be sent before the team arrival and needs to be filled by a medical doc and brought along or can be sent prior. Also this time the teams can bring their own jerseys and kits this time. The members have to bring their own personal belongings for their use incl bed sheets, towels etc. Teams need to arrive by 26th March or by 27th March morning and can depart on 30th March by late evening/ night or by 31st March. The costs of travel needs to be taken care of from your end, we will meeting the costs of stay, food etc at Guwahati at the Mont Fort School and providing local logistics too. For the first time, we are also planning a Women's Blind Football Tournament with 6 teams - with all classifications ( B1, B2, B3) allowed to play with eye patches/ shades. In case you have girls who would want to play, they can come in for the event by 29th March, event will be on 29th & 30th March at the same venue, team/ participant list needs to be sent separately.
